I am strongly in favor of the BOX-SR-BSE-2002-15 proposal.
 
Please regard efforts by those investors intending to protect their spread 
profits for what they are, efforts to protect their own special interest.
 
I feel that there are many people protecting their own interests in the markets, 
such as scalpers in the pit markets, which cause an uneven playing field, or 
give too much advantage to a special group of people. I therefore laud every 
effort to change things to make them obviously more fair and equitable for everyone.
