i just wanted to voice my opinion as a customer that i view the box as an 
exchange that is going to abuse its priveleges by allowing crosses in an
unreasonable time frame.  i am also opposed to the introduction of pip, 
their so called method of price improvement.  the introduction of penny 
increments will destroy the profitablility of trading options.  the only 
winners in this exchange will be the ones collecting commission costs.
