I am a small but active investor who has benefited greatly from the SEC rules attempting to level the playing field for the public customer.

While I am obviously not an expert in the nuances of BOX - SR-BSE-2002-15, anything that offers more PIP opportunities would be welcomed. Further, it would be viewed as a major continuation your agency’s work on behalf of the “little guy”.
