This response is a comment regarding BOX - SR-BSE-2002-15,

I am in favor of approval of the Boston Options Exchange.  I have reviewed 
the rules submitted Aug 15 2003.  The opportunity to compete against Market 
Makers is interesting and intriguing.  After looking at the rules it seems 
the rules allow for the  smooth flow of trade.
