As an investor in many OTC companies, I believe the proposed rule 
changes to Rule 15c2-11 will hurt the companies and market makers 
involved.
     
Thus, consequently, I would be impacted as well.  Please consider 
carefully the various objections (and number of objections) before 
changing the rules.
