With respect to the proposed amendement to Rule 15c2-11, I would like to comment
strongly on the negative effects the amendment would have on OTC Bulletin Board 
Companys such as ours (ABYT).
We have kept our investors and potential investors well informed, on a 
continuous basis, with respect to our financial condition and future plans and 
our filings, as required from the SEC, have always been done in a timely manner.
We are proud of the rapport that we have been able to achieve with these 
investors and feel that SEC is not supporting Companies such as ours. While we 
may only be a Bulletin Board Stock, we have achieved a much higher plateau and 
we feel there would be a tremendous injustice to our investors and to the public
in general should stocks such as ours not continue to be traded due to the 
proposed amendment.
