whose stock trades on the OTCBB (CWTV).  We are a reporting company and 
some day aspire to be on the NASDAQ market.

Our Company, although small, takes pride in its reporting process and believes that 
adoption of amendments to Rule 15c2-11 would adversely affect growth 
opportunities in the future.

I urge you to reject the amendments to Rule 15c2-11 which will restrict legitimate 
small business from competing in the public arena.
