Please record my objection to the rule proposed in File S7-5-99 as it is my 
belief that it will cause many of the pink sheet companies to disappear from 
view.  
     
May suggest that all pink sheet type companies be required to establish a web 
site and register the site with the SEC.  The companies should then be 
required to post financial data from their latest IRS return.  Make the 
companies and their owners responsible for the accuracy of their financial 
data.
