Dear mr Secretary,
     
The Federation of European Stock Exchanges (FESE) greatly appreciates the 
opportunity to comment on the rule proposals made by the SEC on international 
listings (S 7399, International Series Rel. 1182). However, the comment period 
ending as of today does not allow us sufficient time for consideration for which
reason we respectfully submit to you to extend the deadline by 60 days.
