Dear Mr. Katz:
My name is Wayne Bryant. I am a Trustee for the Arizona Pipe Trades
Health and Welfare Plan.  We currently fluctuate between 15-20 million
dollars.  As you are aware the markets have not only been performing
poorly but have also been under scrutiny.  Therefore,  representing my
membership and their families we STRONGLY SUPPORT S7-36-02. Disclosure
of Proxy Voting Policies and Proxy Voting Records by Registered
Management Investment Companies is Paramount. After all it's our money
and we have a right to know just how our investments are being utilized.
