Dear Mr. Katz:
 
As a mutual fund holder I encourage you to strongly support the proposal for  
new rules for full proxy vote disclosure by mutual fund management.  I want 
to know how my fund manager is voiting my shares, and I want to automatically 
receive notification of how my fund votes without my having to specifically 
ask for it.
 
I hope you will support a rule change that will provide mutual fund investors 
with this information.
