Dear SEC Secretary,

I support the SEC's proposed rule to require mutual fund companies to disclose 
how they vote on corporate proxy resolutions.

Mutual funds are nothing more than the custodians of their shareholders' funds. 
As such, they should be required to divulge how they vote on behalf of their 
shareholders.
