Mutual fund investors should have access to how various company issues are voted via proxy process involving companies held in the mutual funds in which we participate. If we owned the same company shares directly, we would know how we vote. The reason we buy into mutual funds is to reduce risk via diversification, and to reduce investing cost (theoretically). I fail to understand any hesitancy in passing this. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Kathy Hassey __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
