I believe beyond a doubt that mutual funds  must report how they 
vote for us, the shareholders of the funds.
 
Overpaid and under responsible corporate management has operated 
in a vacuum too long.  
 
Lack of confidence is a major problem in investing today with 
good cause.  
 
Please, you must enforce the required reporting of mutual funds 
voting of shares to help improve investor confidence.  This 
arrogance has gone on too long.
