Katz, Secretary, SEC I believe that Mutual Funds should have to disclose their proxy votes to their shreholders, if not to the public. It is our money that they are using to purchase shares, so we should at least be informed of how they are voting. They are required to report to the Board of Directors, whom may or may not be shareholders. It is my money, I should know what they do with it! Thank you for your time and consideration.
