Good Morning,
 
    The current times require the SEC to take a lead in restoring 
investor confidence in the mutual fund industry.  The Disclosure of 
Proxy Voting by Mutual Funds (File No. s7-36-02) is a step in the 
right direction.
 
    I believe the current list of scandals illustrate that it's 
high time that full disclosure rules be adopted and enforced by 
the S.E.C.
