Dear Jonathan G. Katz, Secretary, Securities and Exchange Commission

I support the proposal that shareholder advocates have access to proxy voting 
records.  These groups will point out those mutual funds that have a history 
of siding with management on issues that do not benefit small investors, such 
as unreasonable pay packages for top executives.  We as individual investors 
must protect our interests.
