I am aware as a small investor that I have little chance of influencing corporate behavior, but I believe that large funds are in a position to do so. They are the voice of the thousands of individual investors whose resources they manage. . I do not think there should be any question that fund managers must reveal completely how they vote on proxies, and why. Carol Macbeth
