Subject: mutal funds proxy votes

I am writing to voice my strong support for SEC regulation that would require 
mutual fund companies to disclose how they vote on proxies for companies they 
hold in their portfolios.  As an investor, I want to know what decisions my 
dollars are supporting.  As a citizen, after the economic fiascoes of the last 
year, I am convinced that transparency and accountability in business dealings 
are now more important than ever.
