    I am writing in support of the SEC proposal to require Mutual Funds to 
disclose to their shareholders how they vote on company issues every year.  
This information should be made available to the public on the internet and 
in writing if requested by a shareholder.

    Mutual Funds should be required to disclose     ALL financial 
arrangements with any company in existance at the time of the voting.  I want 
to have this information so I can judge for myself that my mutual fund is 
acting on my behalf.
