I am writing to encourage the SEC to adopt the proposed rule regarging 
disclosure of mutual funds' proxy voting to shareholders.  This simple step 
would be a useful tool for investors to determine whether the fund is acting 
in the shareholders' interests.  Disclosed voting would therefore encourage 
companies to manage the funds in a responsible and straightforward 
manner.
