From: Brandon Dickerson [bdickm@one.net] Sent: Wednesday, October 02, 2002 10:11 AM To: rule-comments@sec.gov Subject: File No. S7-36-02 On the subject of management investment comanies disclosing proxy voting policies and records, I am in favor of this proposed rule. These companies are holding stocks on behalf of investors. Investors should at least have the ability to know how these management investment companies are voting on behalf of the milions of mutual fund investors they represent. The expense that these fund-companies will have to endure is a small price to pay considering the damage that rubber-stamp proxy voting has inflicted on the current stock market and the economy.
