From: A. T. As a purchaser of mutual fund shares, I am indirectly an owner of each security in the mutual fund portfolio. As such, I certainly am entitled to know how my ownership was voted. Not only should this be the case, but ideally I should be asked by the mutual fund company how I would prefer to have my ownership voted prior to their submitting the proxy vote, and my desires should be proportionally factored into their vote. Sincerely, Alfred T. Barnard
