Subject: I support mutual fund proxy vote disclosure: File No. S7-36-02

As an individual investor with investments in Barclay's mutual funds through 
the Thrift Savings Plan of the Federal Government, I support disclosure of 
mutual fund proxy votes because these mutual funds have a history of siding 
with management on issues that don't benefit small investors like me.  They 
often approve unreasonable pay packages for top executives!  This must stop!  
Corporate executives must not be allowed to use his company's coffers to live 
high on the hog to the detriment of myself, the shareholder!
