Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

To whom it may concern.  As an individual investor, I encourage the SEC to go 
forward with the proposed regulation regarding selective disclosure.  In my 
own opinion, selective disclosure is the same as trading on insider 
information.
     
I would hope that the SEC will level the playing field for all of us who 
invest on our own.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
