Subject: selective disclosure

The practice of giving sensitive information to selected individuals and 
organizations gives an unfair and unjustifiable advantage to the entities 
receiving the information.  There is no disadvantage in making the 
information public.  Making the information public can only lead to more 
informed investment decisions by the public.
