Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Hello,
     
My name is Bob Whitaker and I would like to comment that I am strongly in 
favor of this regulation.  I do not work in the Securities industry, in fact 
I work for a software company, so I do not have access to the "selective 
information" that some companies routinely give to the Wall Street analysts 
that follow that company.
     
Therefore, I would like Regulation FD implemented so that I can have the 
same access to information as Wall Street now currently enjoys.
