Subject: proposed Fair Disclosure rule

     I wanted to voice my support for the Fair Disclosure Rule.  The 
     current system clearly does not provide a level playing field for 
     everyone.  Besides being "unfair" to those that are not able to 
     receive selective disclosures (i.e. the general public), giving 
     selective disclosures allows for a sort of "insider trading", in my 
     opinion, that is not good for companies, the economy, or individual 
     investors.
     
     Please approve this proposal.
