Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As a simple individual investor, I want to proclaim my strong support for 
Regulation FD.  The essence of the proposed regulation is fundamental fairness 
in the dissemination of material information, which is necessarily the bedrock 
on which a stable financial system must be built.  Proposal FD levels the 
playing field for all investors, thereby eliminating the often incestuous 
relationship between publicly-held companies and brokerages.  While there may be
some transition difficulties, there is no compelling principled argument against
Proposal FD.  I urge you to adopt and enforce FD as soon as possible.  Thanks
