Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Gentlemen:    I wish to add my voice to a proposal to include the largest body 
of investors, namely "small" investors like myself, to all information released 
by a company relating to material information regarding their business. I feel 
the present system of only releasing such information to brokerage houses, on a 
selective basis, is unacceptable. All investors have the right to hear/read such
information when it is issued by a company. 
Either we should all be privvy to such information, or none should be issued 
until it is time to actually report earnings or any other material information, 
and it should be reported publicly.
We have every right to insist that we be made party to such information, we are 
after all investors.
