Subject: Regulation FD

My name is Mark Trautman and I am a portfolio manager at Shay Assets 
Management. I was interviewed for the recent Bloomberg series "Access 
Denied." As a smaller institutional investor I am usually excluded from 
conference calls as are most individual investors, such as the 4,000+ 
investors in our retail mutual fund.
     
I think selective disclosure is a very important subject that needs to be 
addressed.  Regulation FD goes a long way to improve the investment 
environment for all investors both small and large. I welcome it with open 
arms.
