Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear Sir or Madam
     
I am writing to let you know I am in favor of the proposed rules dealing 
with disclosure. As a relativiely new individual investor in the stock 
market, it only seems fair that information that will impact the price any 
individual stock is available to all investors in a timely manner. With the 
internet providing the common platform for providing information, the
long term integrity of the markets can be more easily maintained with 
these changes to diclosure rules. Today, larger brokerage houses and 
other institutions have too much influence on how and when information 
is passed through. Unfortunately, this obviously skews who will be able 
to attain higher market returns over the long range.     
     
Thanks in advance for representing the interests of all investors. 
Continue the hard work required to implement these new rules.
