Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

My name is Roy Tock.  It is my understanding that the SEC is accepting 
comments on Proposed Regulation FD, and that comments are to be mailed to 
this address.
     
I am decidedly in favor of the new regulation.  The status quo does not 
permit individual investors equal access to company announcements, thus 
hampering their ability to earn a decent retirement and letting securities 
analysts and institutional investors fatten their pocketbooks.
