Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Please note that I personally am very in favor of fairness to all investors! 
To the small individual investor, which I am,  the playing field is rather 
one-sided.  We seem to get the "news" after selected companies and selected 
powerful individuals have initiated action on whatever the "news" is to 
further their pockets - not available to everyone. It also is not good for 
the market as a whole. So I would like my concerns known to do away with 
disclosing information to the "selected few".
