Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

The free flow of ideas and information is critical, not just for investors, 
but in order to let the public know that the SEC (as a branch of the 
government) is working to insure equity.  It would be nice to demonstrate 
that the government is attempting to benefit citizens.  I strongly support 
Proposed Regulation FD.
