Date: 03/21/2000 10:46 AM Subject: Selective Disclosure ------------------------------- Message Contents I am writing this in support of new regulations that would prohibit the current practice of selective disclosure. This practice is nothing more than a type of "insider" trading. Companies disclose private information to a select group of "insiders" (analysts, institutional investors, brokerages, and/or large shareholders) who may then trade in that company's stock based on the "inside" information provided to them. I and others like myself, should have real time access to the same information so that we may also base our trading decisions on the latest information provided by a company. Please stop the practice of selective disclosure. All shareholders should have equal, real time access to any information divulged by company officials. Thank you, Jeff Sherman Box 870 Girdwood, AK 99587
