Subject: Proposed Regulation FD
 
Dear Sirs:
I am a small individual investor.  I fully support the plan to require 
full public disclosure of material information.  The disclosure of this 
type of information to a select group constitutes an unfair advantage to 
the select group.
     
I believe the SEC has done a great job in regulating the markets to 
date.  I have every confidence that will continue in the future.  In the 
name of fairness to all Regulation FD shouuld be implemented.
