Dear Sirs: 
     
Please pass Regulation FD concerning the fair disclosure of information 
by publicly traded companies to the public. I feel that selectively 
disclosing important information to Wall Street analysts, but not the 
general public, is in fact legalizing insider trading. This is a great 
benefit to the company, and the analysts, but sets up the general public 
to be manipulated for the profit of a privileged few.
