Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As an individual investor, I favor the proposed regulation to make 
disclosures public.  Not only do I believe the current method of disclosure 
to be unfair to the general public, but it also compromises the objectivity 
of those analysts who are selected to receive the disclosure information.
