Subject: Selective Disclosure Rules - Regulation FD
 
Sirs:
     
I recently heard of your proposal to level the playing field and make 
companies disclose material information in a public forum.  I for
one am all for it.  With today's system, there is always at least 
an appearance of impropriety when large investment houses and 
their money managers can act before the individual investor ever
has a chance to hear information that may affect their investments.
     
Let the free market work.  Public disclosure will help bring some 
sanity back to this market.
