Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I wanted to voice my support for the proprosed change in the SEC rules 
governing selective disclosure from companies.  This is one of the most 
blatant, legal forms of insider trading that exists in today's markets. 
Please, it is time level the playing field for the individual investor.
