Subject: Full disclosure

I don't think there is any other alternative.  Full disclosure is 
paramount.  Why should the individual investor be put at a disadvantage 
to full service brokers or large mutual funds.  Level the playing field 
- please, level it now.
     
As an individual investor, I am not asking for special treatment, just 
equal treatment.  Don't pander to the special interests.
