Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Hello, My name is William D. Rose and I support the proposed change for 
disclosure on company info. I believe this will definitely help level the 
playing field and may help alot of little investors be better investors if 
access to the "inside information" is allowed for all, not just to a few 
privelidged clients/brokers. I am not employed at any brokerage firm but a sales
