Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

In reference to the proposed regulation of "Fair Disclosure," I strongly urge 
the SEC to implement this regulation.  I've been investing in my IRA for 7 
years and last year started purchasing individual stocks.  I never purchased 
individual stocks prior because I felt the brokerage commissions were 
outrageous and couldn't afford to have my principal eroded in such a manner. 
The advent of "Discount Brokers," "On-Line Brokers" and the information age 
has allowed up and comers such as myself, to take control of my future and 
build wealth over the long-haul.  The implementation of "Fair Disclosure" 
would level the playing field and make companies more accountable to the 
smallest investor.  It is no different than political "Campaign Reform."  The 
government serves the people, no longer the elite.   Please act favorably in
