Subject: Regulation FD Comment File # S73199

I would like to add my support to stop selective disclosures. it is 
unconscionable to allow a selective few access to information soon to become 
public so they may profit from the advance disclosures. I should think the same 
reasons  that prevent company insiders from profiting from their advance 
knowledge should also govern selective disclosures. The practice should 
definitely be stopped.
