Subject: Selective Disclosure

I am an individual investor who makes stock and mutual fund trades over the 
internet, as well as through a Paine Webber account.  I am glad that the SEC is 
finally taking action to eliminate "selective disclosure," which seems to me to 
be akin to insider trading in its disruption of the markets and disadvantage to 
ordinary investors.
