Subject: Proposed regulation FD
 
I most certainly agree that the current practice violates both the 
letter and intent of the law against selective disclosure. Other people 
have been prosecuted for insider information disclosure and the practice 
within the stock exchanges must be stopped. I believe in equal 
opportunity on a level playing field.
