Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear Commissioner Levitt,
     
     Thank you for considering Fair Disclosure that would apply to Wall
Street companies.
     
     My husband works in telecommunications and has access to pre-market
product and services from the various vendors.  We have been extremely 
careful not to purchase stock in these companies because we do not want 
to go to jail for insider trading!
     
     We feel that Wall Street companies need to behave as individuals
are required to in this respect.  We feel that the Fair Disclosure would 
help everyone know when it is safe to buy and sell stocks.
