Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear Chairman Levitt'
     
Please continue with this proposed regulation to limit/restrict 
"selective disclosure" by public companies. We individual investors 
definitely would benefit. It is the way to go.
     
We also need some kind of reporting ( at least annual) for public 
companies that are now exempt, such as "penny stocks"
