I whole-heatedly agree with this proposal.  No one should have pre-disclolure 
information  before the general public to take advantage of special stock 
information ahead of the general public.  I am a registered representative 
for Primerica Financial Services Investments, Inc.,  a member of the 
Citigroup.  We hold dearly that the consurmer's interests should be put ahead
